Holos – exemplary workplace for new ways of self-development and healing

I will share my experience from managing the International Transpersonal Center Holos in the Czech Republic which celebrates 20 years of operation this year. I will present our way of working with clients combining psychotherapy, Grof® breathwork, music therapy, sandplay and many other transpersonal techniques, so we can solve the root causes of problems through experience and help with many mental issues without any medication. People also have the option of accommodation in our safe and supportive environment which will soon be expanded with a therapeutic pool for our innovative technique – holotropic breathing in water.
I would like to emphasize the importance of including transpersonal and holistic way of therapy more into public health system and our vision of establishment of similar centres in other places of the Czech Republic and the world.
