Soul Expansion
As in all music, one communicates that which one has experienced, or has contemplated, and, being crossed by it, activates us in a cognitive process of ourselves.
In the BTE, of which I realised that I was intuitively using some of its methodologies, and which, after an in-depth study of it, I benefited extensively from its techniques for increasing the capacity for expressiveness, one knows oneself in an intuitive impulse, which to my playing which favours a jazz improvisational nature, has brought a method through which I let the music flow, making me talk about my personal history and my daily life with the intention of achieving a deep connection with my inner dimension and that of the listener, respecting its boundaries and its mystery.
Bio
My name is Federico Cataldo, I am 30 years old, and I have dedicated my life to the search for the pneumosphere and interiority, driven by a deep curiosity since the age of 15. At 18, following a crisis of spiritual emergency, through which I felt a great sense of loss, without feeling supported by public institutions, I embarked on a journey in search of myself, through which I was able to grasp horizons thanks to which I now celebrate existence, in a continuous journey of growth, where I try to bring all this into everyday life. I am pursuing scientific studies, in the faith of a contemporary development of a science that develops its own ethics, but my way of communicating the knowledge I have acquired is through music, with my saxophone, after only a few years dedicated in particular to the timbral aspect of the instrument.
